Returns Policy

Wash-IT's Return Policy

Wash-IT does accept returns for:


  • Manufacturing fault (only when identified before item is used)

  • see Warranty page for more details


Wash-IT does not accept returns for:

  • item(s) bought in error

  • item(s) is not compatible

  • no longer wants the item(s) 

  • any used item(s) 


Wash-IT retains the right to accept or deny a return request. All return requests are dealt with individually.

If a return request is accepted then store credit will be given to the customer to spend on another item(s) on 

Sending back faulty goods

You must obtain a Returns Number before sending back goods. If goods are received without a returns number, no action will be taken and the goods will be kept in storage for three months before being disposed of. All goods must be adequately packaged. You must arrange collection of the items and you are to pay the carriage cost back to us. We shall not be liable in any way for consequential damage or loss or injury.

Any modifications or adaptations or fitting of non-approved accessories (brushes, etc) render the return null and void. ‘Wear and tear’ is not covered under this return policy. For the telescopic poles, regular cleaning and servicing needs to be carried out to maintain the full warranty including keeping the pole clean and dirt/debris free both inside and outside as well as any worn end-caps will invalidate any warranty claim.

We are not liable for any loss of time, work, or money in the time taken to repair or replace a defective item and get it back to you.
